Being controlled by the ID

In this episode of Survival the contestants fought, and rumbled in the pit to get the ball to their teammates. However, Jeff had been very disappointed that in the pit, things were starting to get ugly, and that the next person to take a cheap shot at someone was out. That someone was Ben, he was disqualified from the challenge, and his team lost. Ben was being controlled by his id in this situation, because he wanted to win, and he was going to do whatever it took to win. He didn't think of the consequences of his action, and ended up disqualified, and losing. Another contestant being controlled by their id in this episode was Russle Hantz. He wanted to find that immunity necklace before anyone else, and was going to work hard to do it, even without any clues. Luckily for Russle, he found it, and no one else knows. Another person being controlled strictly by their id was Yasmin. She threw quite the hissy-fit when talking to Ben. She yelled, and Ben was very mad. He made multiple comments, and Yasmin just yelled back. She was right he was wrong, and that's just how it was, it made no difference to her.

second impressions

After watching the first episode, My opinion has changed. So far Yasmin hasn't really said anything, and was surprisingly not the one causing the drama i thought would be started. The Drama however is already very high in tribe foe foe, thanks to Russle. Although Yasmin didn't start any drama, she was involved in helping her tribe win when it came to the puzzle in the second challenge, granting them immunity from tribal council. So no one in the purple tribe was eliminated tonight. However the yellow tribe decided to send Marissa home.  Throughout the episode the players were judging each other and trying to figure out strengths and weaknesses, and what ever else they could find out about their future opponents. So the question is, why are we so quick to judge others? I think we judge others simply because it's the way are brains are programed. We see something or someone we don't know, and the first thing we do is try to figure them out based on what is given to us on hand.

Yasmin Giles

My contestant is Yasmin Giles. She lives in Los Angeles and works as a hair dresser. From what i've read about her she seems like she is aggressive, and used to competing. She doesn't hold back and she says what she feels. I think that she might cause a lot of drama throughout the show. I think she has a good chance of winning, she seems strong, and confident that she will.  However the other contestants, might vote her off the island because of her mouth and how good a competitor she might be.
